Minority disc golf presents the Hide-away Shootout. All divisions will play 1 rd of 30 holes. 1-15 short tees then 1-15 long tees. This is due to holes 16-18 usually being unplayable. The course is located on Louisiana Tech's campus on the right side of the basketball stadium. Registration will be from 9-9:30. Tee off will be at 10 following players meeting at 9:45. Lunch will not be provided this time but there are plenty of food options just up the road. There may be a few cool items to raffle off and potential ring of fire. Since I know you will continue to lurk on this thread, I'm addressing your comment, "Could you honestly expect players from south Louisiana to choose a Pedro-ran tournament...". I will make you aware that during the calendar year I ran those events, I did them pretty much on my own, with minimal help from the then defunct Shreveport Disc Golf Club. However, I logged in more events, drew a greater number of players and fed more between rounds than the entire N.O. disc golf club did during that same time period, generating over $4,000.00 in the black to further disc golf in my community.
