I was just trying to not think about the score card mix up from the first round and my bad throws! (I got dinged 2 strokes, I believe, along with everyone else on my card. My score keeper was under the impression we should follow par for the course, as listed on the card. It messed our scores up and actually made them higher. I was just going by what I was told by my pro partner. Not that it was their fault, though) Regardless, I had a great time and the disc I won in the ring of fire made up for my horrid first round score!

Ransom, I enjoyed the round with you, as well. Hopefully we will be on the same card again soon.

Thanks for holding the event, Tony. Long course, but I like it!

We had a total of 50 players (14 of which were Juniors) that came out to compete. Most of the divisions were highly contested with 2 of them being won by only 1 stroke.

Here are the winners of each division with the margin of victory in parenthesis.

Juniors - Devyn Delancey (1)
Recreational - Glenn Newell (14)
Intermediate - Alex Brister (2)
Am Women - Larissa Bass (16)
Advanced - Tim Liggett (2)
Adv. Masters - Brooks Newell (1)
Pro Women - Deb Brouilette (4)
Open - Tony Bass (13)

The biggest turnaround was by Brad Allen who went from a first round score of 70 to a second round score of 58 (even par) to improve by 12 strokes. Way to keep your head in the game Brad.

Ransom Jones also had a big turnaround going from a 66 to a 57 (1 under par). Nice 2nd round Ransom!!
