Golf is a game of honor; rules should be self-enforced. No one should be forced to bust out a stopwatch if they play in a group with a Baton Rouge master.

That being said, there was a tournament at Highland when I did say I would be calling 30-second infractions on my masters group. It didn't go over well at all.
