If the BOD would design a shirt and sell sponsors to be on it - 30 sponsors x $50 = $1500, then you could sell the shirts as well. They could be given as prizes at the Championships and you could do them for every year. It would raise a lot more money than your bag tags and people would get something for their money. The bag tag scam has grown old and there are too many questions for it to be that successful- the sponsor money pays for the shirts- all the rest is profit. If they are placed in the players pack- 250 x $10 = $2500 -- lets make our money and quit trying to fleece evryone with some hokey bag tag crap. Kerdog is right- more money has diappeared from bag tag funds than anyone would care to know. If TDs would sell the shirts or buy them for prizes and players packs, then the sky is the limit. We can get the sponsors coming in and start either soliciting artwork from players or go find an artist. Establish a deadline for logos and sponsorship money and then get them printed.

I would see how these first shirts go before we branch out or potentially try and find a shirt printer that will do shirts like the polos (ect) on a minimum order basis so we don't end up paying for a bunch of shirts that don't sell.

(a) rally up enough sponsor $$ to do both shirts, disc, etc....sponsors pay more to be "larger" on the shirts (put them in the middle and the smaller ones around or lower)....heck look at the ty-dye SN CHMPS shirts from several years ago (Tishomingo? I think) those were AWESOME!!)....I bought 3....
(b) offer the SN logo-d Dry Fit at a profitable cost and have some of our SN brethren help out on the name screening - doesn't Gilligan still do screens? I think Bill McCarty can too? I think there are oprtions....
(c) offer special drawings or prizes to folks that sport their SN shirts at SN events (like we do for tags) to drive up sales and raise sponsor exposure and interest
(d) I will do my part to do special RINGS of FIRE for SN Shirt supporters if we get this off the ground....others might follow.....
(e) CTPs for Shirt wearers......etc. etc.

I myself would like a dri-fit polo with no sponsors and would also be interested in a SN disc that could have sponsors on it and also a regular T-shirt that would have the sponsors on it. All three could be done and it would give SN members a choice as to wish option and each with generate funds that would go to the SN championship tournaments and the betterment of the SN in general. Also mentioned was huggers with a SN stamp and those could also fit a couple of sponsors on them. While we are on this, let's see about water bottles with an SN stamp on them. These are all excellent ways to put more cash into the SN coffers that will only help in growing SN.

We sent our logo in which is bold across the back. The paragon logo is on the sleeve. We got a pretty nice deal for a shirt, towel, and bag tag for each member.

we also combine our C.D.s with a shirt at a reduced price and that works very well also example (disc plus shirt)

do not over price them, and they will sell, if they are not reasonable, players will just buy their own shirt and disc

you would also be surprised at how cheap dri fit collared shirts can be bought in quanity
