We will once again be having our annual Xmas party at Funtasia. The festivities will begin around 6:30 on December 18th. We will have a mini disc golf course setup & of course mini golf. The winner with the lowest compiled score from both will win the 2013 #1 bag tag! So come out & bring a dish for the party. It is always a fun time for all. We would like to see more of you get actively involved in the club. We will need lots of help in the next year. We will likely be installing two more nine hole courses in our local parks. So please consider being a part of the projects. Also be thinking about possible nominees(including yourself) for the different positions on the board. The positions are: President, Vice President, Treasurer, Sergeant at Arms, & Secretary. We also need people to head committees. Please do not volunteer if you are not committed to fulfilling your position for the entire year! Also if you have a mini basket that you can bring please post on here so we can get a count. We will have the new MADGA bag tags for sale. The person with the lowest score on the mini course who is a bag tag holder will go home with the 2013 #1 tag.

MADGA will also be doing a crawfish boil out there. So if you would like to bring stuff to throw in the pot instead of bringing a dish that would be fine. Some suggestions: Brussel sprouts, mushrooms, sausages, hot dogs, corn, potatoes & whatever else you might like. We will have the crawfish. Of course any dishes, desserts or drinks will be much appreciated.

We still haven't received many volunteers for the board positions so please get those in ASAP so we can have the ballots ready.
