I just want to encourage all of the Southern National cities with two or more women playing there, to strive to start a ladies league (free always helps :) We started up for the year again in Huntsville yesterday. This is the third year, and each year we've doubled our regulars. The first year there was only 3 of us, the next year 5-6, and yesterday we had 10, yes 10, women show up, and we had a blast as always! It goes to show that if you organize it.....they will come :) I know Mobile has a regular ladies league and Huntsville, who else has one or is thinking about starting one? If you have any questions don't hesitate to contact me, to pick my brain for ideas.
