        <title>How does voting work?</title>
        <description> Recently there was a vote that tied 3 for and 3 against... then Jim O broke the tie.

But what about the other members on the board?  Shouldn't they have contacted for their vote before putting it to Jim?  I thought Jim was there if there is a tie across the entire board?
