I just feel that the 1 year rule is the way to go. I also am concerned about not taking cash when you cash in pro. This is a blatent way around playing where you belong. Everyone knows I am from Mobile and I feel my city is abusing the rules very badly. If you cash you should be stuck in the division for a year NO TURNING DOWN CASH. Who do you know that will pay and just do poorly for 4 tournaments just to move down? That would be throwing about 150-200 bucks away when they could actually be trying and competing. It cost nothing to not compete for 6 months and abuse that rule.
