I'm really starting to think the Great Bag Tag Heist of 2010 was an inside job, and the treasurer let poor old Jim O take the rap. After all, the treasurer admitted on the stand he didn't keep a record of who gave him money for the tags.

Actually there were NO votes where all 6 were there. I was late and missed just about all of the meeting. 4-1 was the only non-unanimous vote. I imagine whoever voted against it would speak up if asked. I know I would. Thanks Gilly! I just hope that BOD members know that they serve the players and personal feelings should be checked at the door. And they should know that it was reasons like this that the BOD and Treasurer where created.

Sidebottom, not sure why as HE has said get someone else to do it. Thanks for that insight! Can I ask who it was that was not in favor of turning it over to someone else? As that makes no sense what so ever. And I hope those that did not want to assign it to someone else know where all of the tags are that have already been sold.

well RWC, it is sad to see the BOD not change the one thing that is for sure broken!!! I do not want to have to rag anyone, but they said give them till this meeting. Then they do nothing and let the person who FUBAR'ed it continue to handle the sales of tags even though HE himself said to get someone else to do it.

And seriously RWC, Bluff was spot on when he said it would be swept under the rug. I suppose I was at least hoping they would have someone else handle it in the future.
