The spreadsheet will include who has paid for tags as well as be given tags on a front. * Board voted on giving the responsiblity to Leslie Easterling (vote 4-0) * We will discuss the spreadsheet and have count of tags by next meeting * 200 tags in circulation * Board Members will be contacting folks with tags to get count of number sold and how many they still have left. I certainly wasn't arguing... I was stating some points that I feel are something that should be addressed.

He is suggesting guidelines for choosing Board Members. Sorry if I try to answer the player's questions. I want the people to know where I stand on issues that way they know what their board members are thinking. If anyone doesn't like my opinion on these issues then they know who they need to talk to before a vote takes place to try and make me understand their different perspective.

I am here to serve the players and that requires communication.

Gilly, all good points!!!!!! 20 a year is a lot and exposes you to various things about DG. Running one and playing 20 are still two different beasts. I do however see your point. I think almost every past BOD member has run an event and some as many as 20.
