Consecutive Terms on Board of Directors Why is this not a good idea? Is two years enough if a person really fits and the people want him or her in the position? To be fair, the B.O.D. voting this rule in would be ineligible for re-election until the next cycle of elections...and maybe the consecutive terms could be limited to two or three.
