Spam Checking Enabled

I have enabled a new spam checking service for the forums. It will only be applied to the first 10 posts someone makes. After they have made 10 successful posts their posts will no longer be checked for spam.

I also deleted a ton of inactive accounts and blocked some wording that our latest favorite spammer liked to use.
