October 25th 2009: Tupelo Police took a man into custody tonight for questioning in the burglary of the B. Magee Adult XXX Toyz and Disc Golf Shoppe. Officers say that they noticed Dillon Gourley exiting the wooded area adjacent to the establishment at approximately 9:30 pm with a conspicuous "bulge" in his jeans. Gourley explained to the officers that he was just looking for his "disc" which he had misplaced while playing frisbee golf. The term "frisbee golf" is known to law enforcement officials to be illicit drug industry slang for a highly potent form of Marijuana, and in the sex industry, a term for self mutilation to increase the intensity of homosexual sex acts.
Gourley was released pending tests on the long hard metallic object found hidden in his pants. Calls to Mr. Gourley's residence were not returned.
