If the players want Skins we will have Skins!

4 teams will compete.

The top 4 scores from the pro or adv. divisions will team up with a random draw partner from the am/other divisions.
(if there is a tie for the fourth spot, another team will be added)

They will play a 4 hole Safari for $$. This will not be a part of the tournament payout so everyone will be eligible to participate.

Also Added to the Tournament:
T-shirts for the first 48 paid players (sizes first come first serve)

Dustin,
Thanks for the input.
Sorry, but no on the non cashing Pro in the random draw, only Am's and other divisions. This will give four other divisional players a chance to partner up with top flighted players in a Safari where otherwise they would not get the opportunity. They may not use their shot but they will be just as excited when they split the cash! Hope to see you there and you make the Safari.

Hey guys,
Just played Aggieland yesterday. They have new "B" pin locations for 13 of the 18 holes and noticed some clearing for a few more. They are thinking about changing the new "B" locations to par 4's. The new "B" locations are anywhere from 75' to 125' longer with a couple of added doglegs that are challenging.
I do not agree with changing par to make the course easier and make it look like you scored lower.
If you have a chance to play in Hamilton before the upcoming tournaments let me know your feedback and I will relay your thoughts to the local officials in charge of the course.
Right now I an leaning toward playing "A" positions the first round and the new "B" positions the second round with both rounds par 3's on all holes.
Joey

I agree with a par4 if its a legit par 4 but it doesnt really matter cause everyone shoots for the lowest anywho.

leave them all par 3's. just keeps it simple.

Par 4's are Great if technical not power prone. Can't see many par 4's @ Aggie because of the Am Design!

Thinking back... there are a lot of holes trapped, another Am design Thing!!!

Trying to keep this tournament information on the first page. We will play all holes in both "A" and "B" positions as par 3's during this tournament. I hope this does not discourage any locals from playing because I truly believe after you play both positions (as par 3's) you will agree. Out-of-towner's won't care, they just want to play as much golf as possible.
There needs to be some tweaking on some of the new pin locations and as more players play them and make their constructive comments known, I believe they will be made. Example: To get to #3's new "B" pin location you cross over #4's pro fairway, this could present a problem during tournament play.

I understand your concerns and will forward them to the local authorities in charge of the course but we will play all holes par 3's both rounds. Plans are to conduct a hole/score analysis of the course during this tournament.
