Sorry, no competition from Jonny this time. Sadly, he has to be in Fayetteville for a work presentation Saturday morning. He hopes to make it back for the ring of fire. So I guess you luck out Jon Ray!!

In response to Mr. Causeys comment... As Laura Meyers said on first page... some of these divisions are incorrect... I have a spot in tournament reserved and my name should be listed under advanced am... quite the compliment this post is to me... No worries the int am field is safe from me... as soon as I received the 1st place trophy last year ive said im playing advanced this year... but I know atleast 4 baggers down there that should get up to advanced.

Is there anyway that Spencer and myself can tee-off friday doubles at 2:30??? We have to be back to work no later than 5pm. He already has to miss Saturday because of work. We will tee off in a group of 4 with another team. The flyer says 3pm start time.

Fantastic event. I had a blast and I don't plan on missing this event going forward. Last year 72 and this year 89 players.

Lunch provided and a huge ring of fire. Added cash and four added holes (loved those and never birdied D but its a great hole).

My first time to Jonesboro was a blast. Enjoyed playing with everyone in my groups: Wes, Marc, Jordan, and Troy. We thought we were battling it out for first place, but Matt Lloyd came back from the second card to win. Congrats, Matt. Course was cleaned up really nice, and the free lunch really hit the spot. I think I ate about 10 Milky Ways! I hope there are two complete courses next year because I anticipate an even larger crowd making it to this great tournament. I really liked the change of the basket positions between rounds to make the second round interesting.

Sean, I agree that 24/per round was a lot, especially with the chilly weather. But we decided ahead of time that we'd rather do that than have to turn anyone away.
We are already trying to come up with a better plan for next year...as I hope it'll be even bigger and better than this year was!
