I know Bobby was smiling down on all of us today, and laughing his head off watching all of us throwing his disc at that basket. Baton Rouge Disc Golf Crew really did a fantastic job today. You honored Bobby in one of the coolest ways a disc golfer could be honored. RIP brother, and know that this Cajun boy will be playing with you for years to come.

I couldn't have said it better. A great tribute to a great friend of disc golf. Super job B.R. on putting on this tournament; Bobby would have been proud!

Huge thanks to my wife Carrie for making the sloppy joes and red beans/rice and getting it there hot and ready to serve! Thanks to Mona - cupcakes were the bomb! Misty and Alissa for scooping up those wings and all the help!

Major THANKS to the SN family that made it to this tournament! It was a beautiful day to remember Zephyrman. There had to be some kind of intervention on his part to allow me a comeback to cash.

We had a great turnout and Sunday morning the Zephyr only dubs was also a blast!

what was the total attendance?

GREAT TIME!

Not sure just yet, but I know it was in the 80's, the count can be skewed because of some just playing one round.

Thanks to John for the doughnuts, they were really appreciated.

Great job Dex, Stephen, Kevin, Logan, F'n, Brooks, Deb, Lynn, Ronnie, and Robin (the only person on the course with a bigger head than me lol). And of course everyone else who pitched in and helped. Huge thanks to Carrie for cooking (and of course putting up with WHAT), as well as Misty and Ilyssa for bringing the wings (BTW THANKS Pat and Chris for the HOOTERS WINGS) and Mona for those great cupcakes and John for the donuts. It takes so many great people to pitch in and make a tournament happen.

Best part of the tournament is after a million zephyr shots at the basket, Kevin gets tired of watching it and cooly steps up and aces it. Great finish to the tournament.

It was awesome to see Bobby's family make it out and get to talk to people and also for Adam to get to play the first round. Seemed funny not having Zephyr there making everyone laugh.
Nick, I truly hope that it becomes a yearly Zephyrman Memorial tournament.

It was also good to see everyone who was able to make the trip over from out of town. JMart and Brad Wells always good to see you brothers.

Great getting to play 2 rounds with WillyBT at Greenwood Park, another man much like Zephyr who has plenty of sweat and blood out at Greenwood. It was a fun tournament and fiiting to be in memory of Bobby D. And it was awesome watching the pro's play both rounds with the Zephyr. I'm sure Bobby was watching and laughing and of course saying how he'd have whooped all of them with that Zephyr.

Unlimited free throws at the basket give away. Must be throwing a zephyr and it has to be in it to win it. This was the finale after the rounds at the inaugural Zephyrman Memorial disc golf tournament at Greenwood Park in Baton Rouge. Can't wait to do this again next year. RIP Zephyrman.

My only regret was not turning the camera on soon enough to catch Will Timmons eating the basket.

Awesome Kevin!

Yeah we thought Will was going to come up bleeding

We need to make the transition hole a permanent hole, makes everyone use the bridge, also lets start working on gold tee's for all holes
