The SN Board helped with the trophy, but was bought by Tony Bass (I'm thinking that was sarcasm on Jamie's part). I'm sure it will be run well this year and hope people give Tony the credit for keeping it going last year.....

Not a big fan of this criteria though. Intermediate players pop up all the time and could potentially be your top Intermediate player and not have the chance to play 3 SN events. However I do understand rules and they are there for a reason. 3 events is a tough one. Does this include the tournament directors who just host an event and couldn't play?
They will be exceptions made on this. I have gotten started a lot later this year so I think l am just going to go with two SN tourneys. You were the third person to say something about that. Next year I will get started at my normal time and that will be in place.
In the past it has been three SN Tournaments to play, but we announced that we were playing this normally in October. Sice we are getting started later this year im dropping it to two tournaments. Hope that answers the question.
Jonesboro is highly considering fielding a team, but so we can be clear, is the team made up of 6 players or 5 players with the woman filling one of the spots?
"2 Open pro, 1 Master age, 1 Woman, 1 Advanced, and 1 Intermediate players"
It is 6. Also to further clarify.....You must have at least one female in the female position but that is not to say you cannot have more than one playing in any other spot. If a female wants to play in the masters spot she must be of age....40.
I have an idea... Stop telling Hogman how to run his tournament. He has put on an amazing tournament, and really doesn't need new ideas about how it should be run.
You wouldn't tell a writer how they need to write, or a painter how they need to paint. Just stand aside and let him work his magic. The best thing you can do for Hogman is sign up as a volunteer, or get your team signed up as soon as possible.
That being said, if you go the weight class route, I might actually be able to play. I could probably slim down to about 125 if I needed to.
I will help as much as possible. If the date is April 13/14, my chances are low. If it's most other weekends, my chances of helping are much higher. Don't let that sway your choice, but just wanted to give you a heads up.
