The 2012-2013 SN Bag Tags are in and will be for sale at the SNAC this weekend. Myself and Pat Barnes will be at the checkin location this afternoon around 3:30pm. The new sn bag tag will come with a registration form to fill out and give/send to me that will make you eligible for the 2012-13 SN Bag Tag incentives.

We are trying to add value to purchasing an SN bag tag to hopefully sell more tags this year which in turn wil help out the 2013 SNPC.

Below is the list of incentives:


1. A FIVE DOLLAR ($5.00) discount at either the 2013 SN Am Championship or 2013 SN Pro Championship championships (not transferable, only eligible for the original tag purchaser).
2. A bi-weekly drawing for a SN BAG TAG DISC starting at the 2012 SNPC (26 individual winners, if you win one your SN tag number is no longer entered into remaining drawings).
3. Monthly drawing for a 2013 SN championship INVITATION (for players qualified for the 2013 SN Championships)
4. Quarterly prize / PAID ENTRY FEE to either the 2013 SNAC or 2013 SNPC (4 individual winners, if you win your SN tag number is no longer entered into remaining drawings).
5. Grand prize - BASKET drawing at the end of the 2012-2013 season
6. Ace pots at designated tournaments just for 2012-2013 SN bag tag holders. (SN bag tag holder must hit an ACE to win the ace pot, first chance at the 2012 SNAC!! - $200)


The SN Board will nail down some of the specifics in the next couple weeks, ie what type of disc for the drawing. I'm thinking champion something....what are the poplular discs. Please provide suggestions.

Also a list of upcoming tournaments where there will be a SN Bag Tag ACE pot will be determined.

The SN Bag Tags for sale this weekend and leading up to the SNPC are the even numbers (2,4,6,8,10 will be used as prizes by the SNAC hosts) 12 through 150 again even numbers will be available for purchase at the SNAC.

Drawing will be biweekly and you don't have to play events to be in the drawing. Tags are $20.

Doesnt bi-weekly mean twice a week? equaling 104 winners?
or did you really MEAN BI-monthly? which would produce the 26 winners posted
once you win and your number is no longer entered into remaining drawings ----does that mean for this GAMEs drawing or for all other drawings as well...ie. the monthly quarterly and grand prize drawings?

Good to see a step forward and finally make the tags worth a small something .....even if it is still just luck of a draw type of thing.

Biweekly is now considered "every two weeks." The twice-a-week meaning is still used, but becoming archaic. More precise would be if he said "every fortnight." :)

Thanks Doug for the chance to clarify.....the disc drawing is every two weeks. Registered tag holders can only win a specific prize once but can win multiple different prizes, i.e. if you win a disc you can't win another disc but you can still win a paid entry fee to one of next years sn championship or the basket.

Even numbers went to SNAC, Odd numbers going to SNPC

Are the drawing winnings based on your original number? Just wondering because we sometimes play tag rounds for these tags as well as other tags in our club.

If i had to guess, i would say they are based on original number when sold.

Correct Kieth, players names will be used to determine the winners not the tag number since those will be moving around. So if you buy a new SN Bag Tag make sure the registration form gets back to me at 1505 rebel drive, jacksonville, ar 72076. It's does put the burden of registering your tag on the purchaser but was the the only fair way, without getting the person that sold the tag caught in the middle. The prizes will be draw based on the name of tag purchaser I have on hand at the time of the drawing.

Pat and I had the players fill them out as they were purchased this past weekend. With the registration form we have a name along with contact information and address to send stuff to as well.

The first drawing will be at the first board meeting after the SNPC (5 September). We will determine a schedule for the drawing of the other prizes and post it on the site.

Anybody that would like to puchase a tag send me $20 plus name, and contact information (phone number/email address/physical address) and I will send you the lowest number I have available.

I propose a challenge for all Pros attending the SNPC.

We were able to sell 42 Bag tags to the Am's over the SNAC Weekend!!!! That is already a quarter of what we sold last year!!!!

And if you did not know. Tags go from one championship to the Next (not by the season) So they are still good for a whole year!!!!

Since all the money we make from these bag tags go to the SNPC. I would love for the Pro's to top 42? The Ams really stepped up and supported the pro's by buying that many and I am sure they will buy more. As a Pro we should at least get that many!!!!

With this years BOD and a big help from John all $$$ are transparent and we will be able to see who has them and who has paid. It would make it so much easier for the host city to run the SNPC Championship (even if we only sold 300 tags).
