Never know...might be a reason for doing so. Hasn't occured yet, so I will not call them anything until after the fact. They might be trying to do it for a reason.

I bet that Worlds pay out more than the SNAC with just players packs.

if they stick with this.
Re: PDGA Shifts to "True Am" Payout for Am Worlds

If everyone at the 2012 am worlds got a $10 dx sign up disc it would have been $7050.00 in payout. And they are talking about making the players pack one of the largest in history....so I am assuming at least $75 and that would equal $52,875. And those are values based on 705 people from 2012 and if everyone recieves a players pack....Can the SNAC produce $50,000+ payout? In 2011, the SNAC event value was $20,000.

Sorry for all the edits, was erroring because i was trying to copy and paste

If the players pack is at $150, that could add up over $100,000 in players packs alone. Thats not to shabby.

So for a $200 entry they should be hoping for a $75-$100 players pack??

If the entry is $200...maybe the value of the players pack will be $250. That would be over $175,000. That might be a quarter million dollar tournament. lol

Well is the entry normally $200?

I'd bet the players pack at the SNDC this year would be close to $200 , and Jacques will be given payouts too

You've lost your mind.

if 200 show up at the SNAC, at $200 players pack. The event value would be at $40,000 without a payout.

I'll bet it won't be and I'm TDing. LOL

We are trying to put together something really nice but it ain't close to $200 per player. I only chime in to make sure players don't have unreasonable expectations when they come to town later this year.

Y'all can carry on arguing. I'm out.
