New Website Update

This is the proposal main items that were given to the web designer so that he may make a beta website and a quote for the players to decide upon. There are other little things that we have dicussed with him and alot of carry over features from the current website. Here are the main points.

.Ad Space- A way for us to not only advertise but also to generate revenue to go towards our SN Pro Championship.
.Server- The server should be in the cloud. Not only one person should have access to the full site just in case something happens to said person.
.Transfer- For all stats to be transferred from old site to new. Also a few selected threads from the forums.
.Player Ratings- Put in the formula to figure out player ratings, even if we have to make new ones.
.Inputting data- Make the input of tourney stats, information, updates, etc idiot proof. Anyone should be able to, with easy instructions, upload information.
.Accounting Software- Allow for credit card and paypal payments. Will update automatically as payments come in. Will keep up with who owes, who is late, who has paid, etc
.Chat Block- A chat for online users, like FB Chat or AIM, that will alleviate some forum posts. This could help with blocking up so many threads.
.Maps- Interactive Map that will allow us to have courses mapped and upcoming events.
.Pictures&Videos- Easier way to upload pictures and video if needed.
.Polls- Have ability to set up polls that will allow a screen name to vote on topics deemed important or pressing.
.Player #s- Have #s assigned to players and kept track of to make updating stats and information easier,
.Club/Classifieds- Have sections for Clubs within the SN to post things pertaining to their events, area, etc Have a section for players to sell and trade things.

Who is "the web designer?" Was there any input from players on these proposals besides the players who are members of the BOD? Is there a contract in place that will give supreme control or the website to the SN? Will this website be controlled fairly?
