Right below and to the right of your belly button?

It's either that, or caused by the cough I just got over. Sprung up too fast to anything else.

I haven't blueboy.
I did have an injury that mimicked the pain of a hernia and a groin pull together. I did it playing ultimate tho.
I had a 2nd degree strain of my right psoas muscle with made it impossible to rotate my hips.
Right now I'm having shoulder issues.
Dunno if it's from DG or not because I can still play without pain.
Maybe DG has contributed to the injury but I'm not sure.
I also experience tightness in my right knee.
My chiropractor told me this is from my hamstring tightening form the rotation I experience when throwing RHBH.
Ever had anything like this?

Well, I don't know. It's right on my lowest right ab muscle, so it's either a hernia, an over-developed muscle or a deadly, cancerous mass. I remember getting sore right at the same spot if I played a lot after a long hiatus. I also had a cough for a couple of days, so it might be due to that.

I've had severe pain there twice. No mass or bulge or anything though.

There hasn't been pain, but I've had soreness there before.

Don't know yet. I don't think that would cause this problem, though. I know it's not a deadly cancerous mass, so I think it might be lipids, diverticulitis or a sports hernia. No pain, and it seems to be above the musculature. I had a sebaceous cyst once, and it's not that.

I blame my jerky, twisting sidearm delivery. Been meaning to work on it, but it's hard when you get good distance and accuracy.
