What Putter do you use and why?

I've been using Omega SuperSofts since I started playing 15 years ago.
I'm looking to try something new and in need of suggestions.
Thanks!

Same here with the Omega's. The PA 4 isn't bad, has a good bit of glide and is fairly understable like an Omega. I've been wanting to try the Warden for Dynamic Disc.

I was using an Omega Super Soft Putter for Years until their molds became too "floppy" When the 1.23 and 1.24 molds were around they were just right.

I love the tacky feel of the omega for ALL Seasons, I started using the SS and SSS Wizards, but again I could not find a consistent mold in them........good luck with Gateway.

So I am officially using the JK Aviar for the last 2 years and really like them.

The ONLY other putter that has a great grip but is too stable for my liking is the JUDGE from Dynamic Discs.

I'm not 100% sold on the Prodigy Discs yet

Was using a soft dx aviar for a while but started getting too understable when attempting longer putts. Just made the switch to the Prodigy PA1 in 300s plastic and I am liking it so far. Good glide, hyzer when i need it.

Eric, I just tried out the Warden Tuesday at the Dynamic Disc 2-disc challenge. I tried the soft and kind of liked it. Fairly stable and sunk a 40 footer for birdie on the last hole with a low ceiling...don't do that very often. Worth a try and I got a classic for placing while I was there.

Thanks everyone.
My goal here is to compile all of the mentioned molds and see which is used most.
I also posted this same message on the Maryland DG Forum.
Seems like the ones mentioned most are the judge and the wizard.
The wizard seems to have quality control issues in that none fly the same.
That isn't a quality I'm looking for.
I received a Legacy Clozer as an entry prize for a course opening tourney back in San Diego.
I believe it's a newer disc. Feels good in the hand.
Anyone ever tried one?

Yeti's for me Shraps. Went from the Omegas to JK's, then got a Yeti . My putting has always sucked, but this disc is by far the best I've ever used.

I use a 86. Why? Because it goes in the basket.

I was in the same boat.. I used Omega Supersofts for about 8 years, and i posted pretty much the same question on these forums..
I wanted a putter that had good grip and feel, but that was also a touch overstable..

After trying a few discs, I came to love the Discraft Flx Challenger... I now can drive with it off the tee, which I couldn't
ever do with an Omega Supersoft, and it has Amazing feel and touch, and excellent grip in all weather types.....
and the plastic is super durable

I used a magnet since they came out back in the early 90s. I have several of the original magnets and still use them for up shots and turnover drives 200 ft. and under. About 1.5 years ago I broke my magnet I putted with for around 15 years and the others didn't feel right. I found the gateway voodoo carries the best in the air now. I am not a hard putter or even a good putter, but ever once in a while I can get on a roll with my putting. I also like a very hard putter which it is.

Warlocks, when new for me they are straight to a little hyzer off the tee. Got 5 of them in various stages and they cover shots from hyzer to anhyzer. Plus I love the way they feel putting.

Who makes the warlock?
I'm not current on all of the new plastic at all.
You could call me old school. Ha!

Went from Omega to Yeti. Love the change. Super happy with the Yeti.

Gateway, same company that makes the more popular Wizard, Warlock not quite as stable.

I have been using classic Wardens for cold weather - Love them

McPro Aviars for hot weather

Yeti for driving.

I don't like a bead on "putting" putters. They Yeti just feels right in my hand for driving.

I use 3 different JK Aviars for different shots. Only complaint is the softer plastic gets beat up very easily.

I use Latitude's EZE Mercy.
The Mercy's dimensions just feel right for my hand size and style. It's a straight putter but flips when driving. The EZE plastic is a hybrid blend that Latitude worked on that falls between a soft putter and stiff putter. The bad news: they cancelled the EZE plastic line. I bought about 7 of the putters that I have on hold in case I need to resort to backups. You can still purchase them through Marshall Street.

Pig - for driving, approach shots, forehand, very long putts (all of this b/c of stability)

Rhyno - for driving, long putts, and head wind putts. i like the groove on the top that the thumb pushes against.

Yeti Avair - for pure putting. i like the bead, i like the moderate stiffness, i like the moderate tackiness

Used to use a Pig for Stable drives but now use a Zone in ESP plastic. Get your hand on one and try it. Gave all my Pigs away.

I love the FLX Challenger for driving or the Zone if that is not stable enough.

Have been using my Judges since they came out. It was more due to make flaws in my putt. They are very OS so it would correct my natural wrist roll.

Since I have been working on my Putting i've switched back to KC Pro Avairs. They are not AS stable but I can count on them to not drift right with my flat putt.

I clicked on this one...thinking "what's he going to do to stir the pot now?"

...and then I read it....and actually had laugh for the first time in a couple of days.

I got a Gateway Warlock in my player pack at the 2011 AM Championships in Bowling Green. I've been putting with Warlocks every since. Not many folks in the Memphis area use them so I'm glad to see I not the only one.
