In the Southern National there is no difference. Points-wise that is, one of the Shreveport tournaments had both an am master and adv master division but both divisions received adv master points. It just depends on who you talk to....

In lafayette we refer to it as "advanced masters" beceause 90% of players should play pro masters. It's one of the biggest sand boxes around myself included.june should change that. hopefully pro masters will have one of the bigger payouts soon!
Re: masters
April 18, 2003 08:52PM
as soon as i win 4 or 5 tournements i will move up
to pro master.

As soon as you win 4 or 5 tournaments????

It shouldn't be about the amount of tournaments you win. It should be about how good you play.

Zinger should know, he's won 4 or 5 himself, I haven't won any, and I still thump him from time to time.

There is no difference they are all just a bunch of oldtimer baggin boys
to scared to step up and blame it on their age.

Jim O has the last remaining tags for now, but he will be sending them to me soon, so you may also contact me, or just show up at the Bug-in-ear Dbls This Weekend April 26th, and get one then!

I call them both when I run a tournament, just to massage some egos!

Just for the record frzbman is 40. Could've been playing masters for years now but I decided to leave the sand at the beach where it belongs.
SO if you want a piece of this fat old man step it up to OPEN.

Hey Spencer,
Wear long pants at the Hobbit, 'cause the nettles are waist high! Or maybe you could just shoot an 18 and avoid the pain. The rough is definitely rough on the back nine.

P.S. I plan on moving directly from Advanced to Legend. I can't match up to the Master's smack-talk.
