That's it!! Thanks goes out to all the people who made this an awesome tournament. Tops on the list is Danny Daniels and his family, you guys are good people. I've never seen Bud Hill looks so good. The amount of work that went into the courses and tournament showed. The hospitality of the Bud Hill/Shelby Forest community is amazing. The food was delicious. I would like to thank Jim Orum for without him all this wouldn't happen. If you didn't make it to Bud Hill you missed a great time.

well memphis tn. set all kinds of records ,122 players and $11,566.00 , that is so great to see. a lot of hard work went into that tournament , stop and think about it ,renting that facility, rounding up all that food, cleaning up bud hill, finding sponsors and much more . thanks to all the players that showed up and did not complain . when you do that much work you do not want to hear about anything negative til monday. was it worth taking a chance that you may never get to go back there again. i hope you said thank you ,thank you mdgc and daniels for what you allowed us to do . i would like to say thank you from the orums, we had a great time. i met a lot of new players and saw alot of old friends again. i could not ask for anything else. while i sat on bud hill and watch players playing the sport we all love , i could not help but to think how far we have come . now how far do we want to go . it will be up to all of us to join together and take the s.n. to the next level. remember nothning can get done till someone starts it, so let get started together . bud hill and the mdgc showed us how to throw a great tournament , so i hope everyone will help baton rouge la. do the same, hope to see everyone again real soon ,god bless you all ,jim
Just an additional note. Thanks to Gary Wagoner for sending all the information to me he is an excel genius, and sorry to all the advance players, because even though Matt Orum finished in last place cash, beating a ton of open players including me, he declined the money. I think he did the right thing - he can still go play for a junior or am title at worlds. Great tournament Matthew.

Congrats Matthew,

Money isn't as important as world titles. good choice... go get em' in KC next year!

John & Jim...

Perhaps using excel spreadsheets for results is something you folks should consider for SN sanctioned events. There is no better way to keep tally of tourneys, imo and that will perhaps be a great way to solve the points dilemma that the SN seems to go through each year.

If you need help in customizing an excel spreadsheet for the SN Series, say the wwword...

Harold Duvall,

Thanks for helping Jimo to make the SN a B TIER and a USDGC qualifier.

Anyone who qualified should attend the Rock Hill event to help represent the SN at the USDGC. Folks bent over backwards to help the Pro SN Finals be a world class event and by attending the USDGC as a qualifier you'll be validating their efforts and giving them their props, imo...
What a great tourny that was !

Big Thank you goes out to mdgc and daniels family
And a bigger thank you to Jim Orum for running the SN !

We love ya jim.
