My status is a disc golfer not a SN golfer or PDGA golfer. When I lived in an area rich with SN tournaments I competed almost every weekend in those events. However, I'm in PDGA country now. I just want to play golf and I applaud everyone who has contributed to the sport in whatever way.

I would definately support the WDGA championships. I think it is a great idea. Unfortunately, the date falls on an "A" tier weekend so the majority of the top female golfers will be in MN for the Majestic. I talked to Burl about it and she is sorry she won't be able to go. She did ask me to say that Memphis golfers are the "cream of the crop." She really enjoyed her time there (thanks Danny and Barbara). Best of luck to all the ladies. I won't be able to make it as I am down in Houston now.

Emily, You took my comments completely out of context. I simply meant that since there is such a large PDGA event the same weekend that our tournament would be better suited as a SNDG qualifier only. Calm Down.I don't want you to upset because you would probably whip my tail. Peace out Pattycake

The MN Majestic is being held JUNE 2nd and 3rd

This WDGA Championship is being held JUNE 30th. The only big PDGA tournament is being held in Canada that weekend. We hope to see you in Memphis now!! :D Talk to Burl again please if you would and make sure I am right on all those schedules. That's what the PDGA schedule says.

Same story different tournament, an National Tour event even. I know for sure five of the top pro women will be in Canada. I wish I could make it to Memphis, I always like playing the courses. Have you heard from the Kentucky women? There are quite a few in Bowling Green.

However, Burl and I will be in Lafayette for the Spring Fling this weekend if anyone will be around there. We are excited to go to a SN tournament.
