1. Voted 6-0 to extend the 2010 championship bidding deadline to 12/01/08.
2. Voted 6-0 to change change the milage restriction on one day events to 150 miles. The milage restriction on 2 day tournaments remains the same. If a one day event schedules before a 2 day event, then the one day has priority and can not be removed for being within the 250 mile radius.
3. Voted 5-0 with one member abstaining for the elimination of the Am Masters divsision as a recognized division.
4. Tabled discussion of course safety requirements until the next meeting.
