Anyone else think this would be a good idea? Some of us really could care less about reading all the smack which seems to be a good portion of the general discussion. Those who still want to participate could do so without it being all up in the faces of those who don't.

I agree Brian! Having someone post things like selling a car on a tournament forum does take away from its purpose.

forum banter has been around longer than you folks have been online,
and will be here still when we are all pushing up daisys.

it will always occur. it is human nature.

the only way you could prevent it is to not have a forum.

you do not like it... ignore it... it the only realistic
way to deal with it.

or have a registered member only forum and four people could have a place
to hang out :-/

thing is... forums like this do not amount to a hill of beans,
if ya think about it. do not get me wrong, they are great...
but the smack is part of humanity, NOT the internet and the
content in forums is just that... discussion that piles up
by the pound and usually has little to do with reality.
