How about a compromise?

1. Top 15 in Points and ties in the Advanced Division are eligible for the Pro Championship. You may could add on that they pay $10 extra to get in, since they have not contributed to Pro Money most of the year.

2. Top AM in points eligible for Pro Championship.

3. Top AM Woman in points eligible for Pro Championship.

We have voted that, AFTER the Pros have had adequate time to register for the SNPC, that it will be opened up for Amateur players, with NO pro points to register to play in the SNPC.

Can't remember exactly, it is either a month or a couple of weeks that it open up to the Amateur players without points.

Many are also leaning to no Saturday registrations also, it sure helps get everything organized for grouping the first round.

I think that for the Championships there should be NO saturday registration.
But it is only 1 opinion.

Ams with sn points will have the last two weeks to register. Here is the timeline:

Mid-june the invitations go out to the 144 pro players that get invitations. They have one month to register (mid-June to mid-July)

After one month registration is open to anyone with pro sn points for one month (mid-July to mid-August)

At that point (mid-August) anyone with sn points can register.

That give invited players 2 months to pre-register and 1 month for the rest of the sn pros to register.
