Sadly, Kerwin "Boo-Boo" Clark did not get a mount for the derby this year.

He is a relative of one of the guys that I work with and if he would have won last year, the entire nation would have been treated to a victory speech by the flat-talkinest coon-@#$%& they had ever seen. He would have made Troy from "Swamp People" sound like William Shakespeare. They would have had to add captions to the bottom of the screen.

I wouldn't mind seeing Desormeaux or Borel win. Apart from that, I don't have much of a preference.

This Boo-Boo sounds like quite the character, ya gotta love Bo-Rail though.

I had Dullahan, Union Rags with Bodemeister 3rd. I knew I was screwed when the odds for Dullahan went up right before the race, but I seriously thought the odds for I'll Have Another went down just because people were drunk and thought it was a cool name. I have no idea what the hundred thousand dollar bet guy was thinking with Alpha.

Kent almost got it on the outside right at the end, though. Dang.

I ended up betting up the least I've bet on the Derby in years, there were just too many good horses. I won a total of $19 on Bodemeister across.

I think Creative Cause will be a big factor in the Preakness if he goes.
