misspelled name on this years Dogwood for grandmaster Bob Meyers (has it spelled Myers). Thanks.by lmeyers - General Discussion
You left off Jonesboro's "Battle in the Boro". Our first tourney was Oct 15, 2011, 72 players, $3970 and last year, Oct 6, 2012 we drew in 89 players, $4335. This year we hope for even more players and cash!!by lmeyers - General Discussion

Jonesboro is highly considering fielding a team, but so we can be clear, is the team made up of 6 players or 5 players with the woman filling one of the spots? "2 Open pro, 1 Master age, 1 Woman, 1 Advanced, and 1 Intermediate players" Thanksby lmeyers - SN Tournament Information
Am is the opposite of pro. If you don't play pro, then you play Am. Am is split into Advanced and Intermediate (not including age groups). The big confusion comes when people call Intermediate players "Ams" because advanced players are also "Ams"... I don't see why it's so hard to use the terms correctly, but that's just my opinion.by lmeyers - SN Tournament Information
If you go to the schedule page, click on fairhope tourney, it'll give a forum link, that link has a forum page with the link to the registration form.by lmeyers - SN Tournament Information
we should be in town Friday afternoon, will someone be at the park for registration? Bob Meyers--ProGM Laura Meyers--ProW (or Masters) Could you also recommend a nice hotel, please? thanks!by lmeyers - SN Tournament Information
thanks guys! I like to win, I don't like to lose, but it's just no fun to play alone!! Because Bob really wants to come down and compete with all those PGM's. If all goes as planned, we'll see ya all in about 10 days! LMby lmeyers - SN Tournament Information
No pro women play down in NO? Was thinking of coming down, but not to play alone...by lmeyers - SN Tournament Information

thats cool! we played 24 holes, par was 72, so some of the rounds were killer!! thanks!by lmeyers - SN Tournament Information
Crawdaddy did an awesome job as TD!!! We all had a great time as expected. Special thanks to Danny and Barbara for letting us play in your backyard and the hill looked great. I heard many people comment on how nice it looked, how cleared out a lot of the underbrush was from previous years. Danny, thank you for your kind words about my CTP, made me smile! PS, Bob loved your hot wings!!by lmeyers - SN Tournament Information
I agree with Doug, multiple score cards per hole is a very easy answer. Makes for a little more tourney expense and a little more paper for the TD to deal with, but if it helps keep people honest, it's worth it. If you can't get multiple cards at a tourney, keep your own card. Only one type of person would have any issue with someone keeping a second card....by lmeyers - General Discussion
yep, a great group down in Memphis, this event should be a blast! I know several from Jonesboro will be playing.by lmeyers - General Discussion
who will have the tags at the Naquin?by lmeyers - General Discussion
Lol! Seriously funny (the above post!!) I have always wondered why intermed payout was the highest and the answer was always that entrants were highest. So if entry was the same as advanced maybe divisions would even out. I'm for trying it at our tourney next year for sure. All pro was the same, why not all Am. Then payout in Adv could be higher % too.by lmeyers - General Discussion
We had a great time at the tournament. Everything was ran very smoothly. Ring of fire was very fun! Good job on the courses and TD's did a great job. Grass Roots had a lot of quality discs to choose from and JR was entertaining as always!! See most of you again in two weeks!by lmeyers - SN Tournament Information

does anyone know who won the Road Warrior drawing? I was busy and didn't get to hear or see their trophy. Maybe they can post a pic of it either here or on fb...? Sean, I agree that 24/per round was a lot, especially with the chilly weather. But we decided ahead of time that we'd rather do that than have to turn anyone away. We are already trying to come up with a better plan for next yeby lmeyers - SN Tournament Information

It's so much work, but it's way worth the effort when so many people show up, have a great time and leave happy! I truly had a blast the whole time, despite bogeying practically every hole! Thank you all for coming and making our event such a success!!!by lmeyers - SN Tournament Information
