Thanks for putting this thread up for us John. Been crazy for me. We did have to move to Lawtey due to unable to meet insurance requirements at Fore Palms. All went beautifully. From a TD perspective, early registration is a great thing. WIth the exception of a few minor changes, all the time spent in signing up can be used for othe itmes that can add value to tourney. If you are lucky enough to fill the field in pre-registration, you can have your payout completed and . Keith, waiver is required in addition to the Insurance. Taxie, this is at Fore Palms. We have had to provide insurance and waivers for all of our JOs which is not an issue as we run this as a B tier. Last years SNQ was also a part of the Sun King Del Sol series and he provided the insurance. Have any TDs found a way to provide event insurance for the day (or 2) besides sanctioning with the PDGA (and paying the associated fees)? I would prefer to run our SNQ not sanctioned with the PDGA but still have to meet city insurance requirements. Just seeing if anyone else has found a way to accomplish.
