I would also like to know what the deal is with the lack of PDGA events here in the South. I don't really understand why I have to travel to be able to play under that structure. As far as keeping the baggers down, I think the introduction of a ratings based system is the only way to go. I would like to get in some of these minis, but I work evenings so it's not really possible. If there are enough people interested, maybe we could form the first league in the SB area.
