I will be at the Arkansas State Championship this weekend also. Let's see, since the SNACs last year I've played a couple local minis and one tournament in Hot Springs last October. This semester school has kept me pretty involved, and the Arkansas State Championship is my reward for finishing finals this past week. I would love to play in an all women tournament! I've already been thinking about going to the one they hold in Texas. If there was ample warning I'm sure I could schedule to be there. I just want to say that I had an amazing time this weekend. This was my first SNAC and also my first out of town tournament experience. I will definitely try to make it out to Memphis more often in the future for tournaments. I personally don't care that I ate hot dogs and pizza all weekend because it was better than the alternative of me buying my own lunches and dinner. I come to the site quite often to check tournament information. I like that there is a place for that. I don't like to post because I don't want to be involved in other people's personal drama, or what I perceive as personal drama. I do play for a little friendly competition and to see how I stack up against others. Throughout my childhood and teen years I was always competing one way or another (basketball, bowling, band). Playing casually doesn't really give me much competition, especially since I had never played a round with another girl until I started playing tournaments and league DG.
