Bob, Read the other thread. We DIDN'T discuss your issue BECAUSE there were only 3 of us there. Of the other 2 issues we voted on, one of them would have had to of happened anyway, because we didn't have any proposals. The other, I didn't announce until I had votes from 2 of the other board members oking it. Josh

Payout will be 200%! All you ams really missed out. 18 CTP's the first round and 18 the second. Two people in each group got CTP's the second round, and CTP's were given out for other micesllaneous reasons. Come on out to the Gold course tommorrow if you want a challenge! Josh

Russ and everyone else: The players meeting will be at 7:00 AM at the Host Hotel. Am Pool Schedule: Saturday 7 AM Players meeting 10 AM Tee off at Redstone Second round at Redstone one hour after last card. Sunday 8 AM Tee off at Mastin Second round at Brahan TBA This might change depending on final numbers. We may need 3 pools. The players meeting time will not change.

For everyone thinking about coming to the Supertournament, you MUST preregister to play! Registration ends May 19th, so you must contact the TD David Glass by then if you are planning to attend. Tom, I guess it went well. Most of the discussion was about rebating 50 cents off the SN sanctioning fee and the PDGA sanctioning fee per player for combined tournaments run at the D Tier leve. Personally, I think its a good idea. I think it's more important to work it out to where the SN Championships are an NT or A tier event. I love smack talk and thread drifts!! Snap is a very good player (she kicked my butt at the AL Sports Festival) and she's been playing less than a year. Personally, I would play with golfers I was competitive with but since it's her first SNAC, I, too, respect her decision to play Am. Quotevlhouston hosted pro worlds with only 7 +/- months of lead time and did a tremendous job. some clubs have the ability to jump. My understanding is that Huntsville did the same thing for the second World's we hosted.

I have to agree with Addie and would prefer something like Southern Nationals Women's Championship or SN Women's Open. Also, while I think that having dinner with everyone and having skills classes would be good, I'd be more interested in just playing a tournament with a bunch of other women with similar skills. This is the most awesome tournament!! The courses are great (although I may be a bit biased). There is a mixture of about everything - short and wooded (Brahn), long and wooded (Mastin), long and open w/two water holes (UAH), and long and fairly open (Redstone). I'll be playing Advanced Women. Karen has been playing Am Men a lot lately so I don't know what she'll play. I'm hoping Shannon

I don't think anyone is quite that insane, Jeff. BTW, Josh went out today and flagged the temporary holes if anyone wants to check them out before tomorrow morning. They're located near the baseball fields and start by the road (from hole 1, walk across the parking lot and head toward the baseball fields). Hole 14 starts right by a huge light pole.
