There will be a ring of fire this year after the tournament is over. Also we will have a Rock Cities Open putting contest for cash prize -- $10 registration for this/person. This will take place all weekend day 1 and day 2, just not during the rounds. Registered players only. Yes, we in Little Rock have installed a few courses in the "bad part of town". We installed two 9 hole discolf courses (Hindman Park and Morehart Park) in southwest Little Rock and an 18 hole course at Reservoir Park (not really a bad neighborhood but a park the attracted the wrong type of people because of its seclusion). At this time i will have to decline my nomination for the BOD spot. I appreciate the nomination but I dont think atthis time it will be a good fit for me. I need to work on not being so closed minded. I apologize for sounding like a bullheaded person in my previous post. Those of you that know me know i am open to ideas and that i have the mentalitly of : If it makes sense then lets do it. So again i apologize if i offended anyone, I just think its better for DG in general for TD's to do these events for the love of the game and not profitablity.
