One thing my father always taught me when it came to sports was professionalism. He taught me to always act in a manner that would earn peoples respect. I used to play basketball when I was younger and then all the way through high school and if my dad ever caught me trash talking he would kick my butt. He always told me to let my playing speak for me and to never get in an argument with another

the thing i found that helps me when I am in a slump is to go out and play a couple of rounds just for fun. Go play the red tees at cottage hill or play wolf with some folks. Just bs it and have fun. Then when the competition comes you might be a little more relaxed and can focus better.

I am trying to add a new shot to my collection and I feel it is time to try out the roller. Anyone got any advice on what disc to use and the method of making a good roller. Right now I am using an old sidewinder that is somewhat flippy. It flys great and lands perfect with good roll it just turns over to soon. How do I combat this situation?
