Oops, even The Almighty makes mistakes...like Keith for example, the Almighty really botched that DNA.
I do appreciate the free SN sanctioning program. I'll make sure we skip out on SN fees like West Monroe.

Glad to know you're still around John. The minutes said you had left and Hogman was taking your place...I guess you really can't believe a thing this BoD says.
I like how y'all not only post West Monroe's results from their last tournament without them paying for 6 months, and you're keeping their next tournament on the schedule...glad to know all of us can stiff the SN and still get all the

Scrutinize results? Are you suggesting that this BoD actually hold anyone accountable for anything? That's not their style. It's anything goes these days, and only the BoD knows what they're up to. Can't let the players know too much especially the SN finances. Transparency? These guys can't even pronounce it.
Personal attack coming from Hogman incoming! See if you can capitalize every word i

Actually reading these SN rules is giving me a headache. Let us know what the current interpretation is, and who can do whatever they want and who can't, according to the childish whims of certain BoD members.
Oh and when you really feel like amusing us give us a treasurer report.

SN Rule 1.5 says:
"1.5 A player's Amateur Status and divisional classification for a singles event, SNAC or SNPC is not changed or affected by competing or accepting awards of any kind in a SNDG doubles tournament and/or the SNDG Doubles Championship."
Now I know you all are not going to try and claim that Rule 1.5 is not valid. So you can't claim that you can't sanction a SN

Where's that rule? Is this another Hogman imaginary rule?

Good news birdie hunters!
Just got word that all 18 baskets have all been moved to the short placements at Pelican.
Nice having two pin placements on every hole.

It says they are damage-proof, and don't take cash. Only credit/debit cards and cellphone payments, so there ain't no cash for theives to steal.

Recently a new company that builds disc golf vending machines launched its first machine in Miami:
How cool is that? Pretty cool if you ask me. You can buy a disc on the first tee with a credit card and away you go.
Check out Teeboxx's impressive website if you want to learn more:
Why didn't we think of that? :)

The ratings at DG Course Review are not intended to rate them based on how hard they are. They're a score of opinions of the courses, and they're very subjective, not particularly scientific. The scores of courses include intangibles like how well the grass is cut, how good the signs are, what kind of tee boxes and baskets are there, and various other amenities.
I think it's an interesting we

The point is that you should encourage the SN to grow and improve, rather than sit there and make excuses for why you can't do it.
By the way I haven't quit doing the ratings, it's just that they're secret now. Maybe the next BoD will be smart and wise enough to bring them back.

Don't let a couple of bitter SN BoD quitters' combined ignorance keep you new players from speaking your mind. There is absolutely nothing wrong with expressing that you want the SN to improve.
Fortunately or unfortunately, it's going to take new people on the SN BoD to move the series forward. But it's not easy. Keith & Terry both quit the BoD when they found out work was involved :) , n

Pelican Park held a formal dedication of their new course Saturday April 27th. NO Teamers Josh Edwards, Don Perkins and Mike Kernan were presented with plaques from the park recognizing their hard work bringing the course to reality.
Here is Josh accepting his plaque at the ribbon-cutting ceremony:
