@rhyno - search "do all gun buggy". That is actually a sporting clays gun cart. The brackets on the handle are supposed to hold the gun's stock and the padded pockets at the bottom are for the muzzle. The compartments in the center are for holding boxes of clay targets and the other pockets are for shells.
