It would seem that since you are ordering pizza, that the sale would take place outside of the park and would not be subject to these rules. It would be like buying lunch and taking it to the park, not buying it there. I don't know if that is how they see it, but it would seem that way to me.

This is supposed to be a fun, charity event. What is wrong with best shot? We are already gonna be playing in the rain. Might as well make it as enjoyable as possible. And isn't best score basically singles? Who wants to play singles in a doubles tournament? I guess it is better than worst shot though, huh? BTW, any mixed doubles teams planning on making it?

I am disappointed that am woman aren't allowed to play Bud Hill. I have never been to this tournament and would have liked to played the full course, not just the Ridge. Tournaments have become increasingly "accommodating" to women. We can play real courses and don't need to be babied. I know I personally don't attend tournaments where this occurs.

Exactly JshDvd, being from Alabama does not make you an Alabama or Auburn fan either. Also does not mean you have to be glued to your TV that day. This is going to be a fun tournament. For anyone that is more interested in actually doing something instead of watching other people, come on out for an awesome tournament.

Drew Sockwell from Florence won Men's Pro Open and took four of the five skins. Also representing Florence, Will Corey won Men's Advanced and Kathy Johnson won AM Women.

I found this in Justin's google document SN handbook: 5.1 A player shall be subject to disqualification or warning of disqualification by the tournament director for committing any of the following acts during a Southern National qualifying or championship event. (5.1.4) Activities which are in violation of the law or park regulation or disc golf course rule, including the illegal consumption

A quote from memphisdiscgolf.com's 2011 Wall Doxey thread: "Park Regulations: Wall Doxey is a Mississippi State Park. Consumption of alcoholic beverages is strictly prohibited." So, no matter how responsible people were drinking, it was still illegal. Illegal consumption is against SN rules, correct?

I understand the argument of watering down divisions that already have low attendance. However, I also know many ladies (myself included) who would play tournament golf if it weren't for the baggers in the AM Women's division. I think that adding an ADV Women's division might increase the turnout.

TD of the Year Award- Bill McCarty- he puts on fantastic tournaments and puts his own money down every time. He definitely deserves a nomination for this award.
