My son wants to play a doubles tournament this weekend with me in Adv. division. If we cash would that make him ineligible to play intermediate in the SNAC and the Doubles Championships? Is my daughter eligible to play in the junior division in the doubles tournament if she has cashed in intermediate woman? She is still young enough to play junior.

Where they violating time requirements? If they where not I don't think there is anything that can be done unless you change the rules of play. Different players play at a different pace. A player shouldn't be hurried if they are within their allotted time and a player shouldn't be slowed either by excessive time. That is why there are rules. I don't have a problem with Td's being composited for their efforts as long as there is total disclosure. Disclosure is good for accountability and for the golfers to discide if the payout that is left is worth it for them. I am so thankful for Td's that do it for the love of the sport like Jaques. I was one of the people who came out. I really enjoyed the course. You may think because it is at someone's house it must be a lot of really short holes but it is not. It is a fun course and if you can't say you have played disc golf with cows and horses you can say it after you play this one.

Just put a check in the mail for two teams. Thunder and Silas Schultz will be playing intermediate Dylan and Esther Schultz will be playing Mixed. The shirt sizes are two adult Smalls, one adult medium and a kids 10-12. If you don't have kids sizes whatever the smallest size you have will be fine. Looking forward to it. Thanks.

I like the idea of different levels but until that happens I think SN should communicate to the TD's a minimum standard if they are going to be considard SN events. If we want this sport and series to grow we must consider those that are not participating is great numbers. The juniors and females. I went to a tournament that had no port a lets available. I think it would be a good idea to have a minimum standard for a tournament to be considered a SN tournament. This would allow players to travel around the region and not have to worry if it would be worth their while. I am comfortable with the standards coming from the board or input from the players. One week from today it on. It's going to be a great tournament. Niklpenny, in the few years that I have been playing Baton Rouge tournaments I have never heard of them doing preregistration. This may be different because of the free disc but I would bet on morning of. They have a great team of people that do registration the morning of and it always moves smoothly and quickly.
