Two rounds of golf on Saturday and one on Sunday. There will be a round played on each of the three courses within the park. Order of play and pool assignments have yet to be determined.

Entry fees:
All Pro Divisions- $55
All Advanced Divisions- $45
All Intermediate Divisions- $35

There will be a $2 SN fee and a $4 Mississippi State Parks fee taken from each entry. Other deductions such as tournament costs for printing and trophies may also be taken from payout. There will be an optional ace pot for $3 available.

I do not see a need for preregistration for this event but if anyone wants to they can sign up by sending your entry by Paypal friends and family to jcburton1@comcast.net. I will not accept any entries by Paypal after Sunday, October 5th.

Event schedule:
Sign ups: Saturday Oct. 11th from 8:00 - 9:00 am, I will also be there on Friday afternoon taking sign ups but a time has yet to be determined.
Players meeting- 9:15 am and it is mandatory to attend.
First round tee time will be shortly after the players meeting.
Second round tee times will be about one hour after the last card from the first round is turned in.
Sunday tee time- 9:00am no players meeting

Every player will be required to sign a waiver of liability stating that myself, nor the park, will be responsible for any injury that may occur to you while attending this event.
There will be no lunch served at the park but I have spoken with Patty and they will have lunch prepared for people on Saturday at Patty's One Stop.
I am currently in need of hole sponsors. The cost is $25 per hole and they will be very much appreciated. Bill Breeken is trying to round up some local sponsors for this event and I will post them as they come in. Hope to have a good amount of added cash.
A players pack is not planned at this time but that can change depending on the amount of sponsorship we can collect. Anyone interested in donating any items for players packs please contact me and it will be much appreciated by everyone.

The group huts and old bunk houses will be available to stay in for a cost of $8 per night. You can pay for that when signing up for the tournament.
There is also plenty of campsites available and can be reserved by calling the park at 662-438-6914 or online at mdwfp.com. I believe the prices for camping are still $18 a night for a site with water and electricity and primitive camping is available for $13 a night
